Our cottage cannot accommodate more than 14 people (babies and children included).

Parties and invitations from outsiders are prohibited.

Tents are not permitted in the garden.

Non-smoking cottage (tobacco and electronic cigarette)

Cottage difficult to access for people with reduced mobility (steps, standards, etc.)

Pets are not allowed in or outside of the cottage

In high season (July – August until September 1st):

Minimum of 7 nights’ booking

Arrival on Saturday only, from 5 p.m., unless prior agreement

Departure on Saturday, before 10 a.m., unless prior agreement

Our prices include:

•          Standard end-of-stay cleaning

•          Beds made on arrival

•          Supply of household linen (kitchen tea towels, hand towels and bath mats)

•          Basic kitchen stock (salt, pepper, oil, spices, etc.)

•          Basic household products

•          Internet access

•          Charges (water, electricity within the limit of 40 kW/day)

•          In summer season, access to the owner's swimming pool located in the owner’s garden, depending on the weather, from 10 a.m. to  7 p.m.

Our prices do not include:

•          Tourist tax at municipal rate per night and per adult.

•          Electric overage at the current kWh price (between October 15 and March 15)

•          Bathroom linen (see Towel package in services in option)

•          Connecting electric cars to the Green Up socket: your consumption will be payable at the end of your stay at cost (approximately €1 including tax per hour as of 06/30/2024).
